SACRILIGION ALL OVER THE PLACE! THE BUS NATIONAL CHAMPION!

First of all congratulations to the Florida Gators for beating the Oklahoma Sooners for the BCS national championship! Also congratulations to the Oklahoma defense for showing up and playing well.  I have a certain theory about "non-BCS" schools.  The reason they are not end of the season number one is because they beat teams that the rest of America over ranked.  Oklahoma, Pitt, Alabama, were all overrated teams in their respective years and were all exposed by really good teams.   It is no the fault of the BCS or the teams, but of us as fans.  WE must hold the BCS more responsible.  I say if there is an undefeated team next year and there are two one loss teams playing for the national championship, the game should be boycotted.  No one buy tickets no one go.  Then those damn computers will see just how serious we are about seeing a real title game that means something.  If this year in college football proved anything, it is that we need a playoff system.  Now I want to be serious for a second (maybe).  I am not bashing the BCS, it is the best system to date, however there has to be some genius out there that can put together a satisfactory playoff system.  Hell I sit at the bar with drunken idiots who have some good ideas, and these guys couldn't put together a coherent thought if they were sober.  I asked John to put together an end of the year top 25.  He said he struggled with the top 5 and the bottom five.  It is because a lot of us are still sitting here thinking; "It's over, well what the fuck just happened?"  That's the way I feel about this college football season.  I am not sure where it all went but I am sure I enjoyed it.  I am sure however who I believe is the national championship. But first John's top 25:

1.) Florida
2.) Utah
3.) USC
4.) Texas
5.) Oklahoma
6.) Penn State
7.)TCU
8.) Boise State
9.) Alabama
10.) Texas Tech
11.) Ohio State
12.) Georgia
13.) Oregon
14.) Ole Miss
15.) Va Tech
16.) Oklahoma State
17.) Oregon State
18.) Cincinnati
19.) BYU
20.) Michigan State
21.) Ball State
22.) Florida State
23.) Iowa
24.) Georgia Tech
25.) Nebraska

That is believable and well thought out.  I want to thank John for all of his analysis all season.  You guys seem to like him because he is a conversation piece around the bar.  I promise he will be contributing during the off season with more off color remarks, complete with rants on USC and updates on the Terps and Madonna's latest news.  and now what you have all been waiting for we crown the BUS national Champion.  I will start with 25 and go down.  If you want the excitement to build don't scroll down but if you don't go all the way to the bottom and check it out.

25.) Ball State
24.) Michigan State
23.) BYU

That's right Utah is the BUS national champions.  And you actually owe it all to John.  John said back in the middle of the year, "if you want to be considered the best team go out and win every week".  Now John was talking to Trojan fans.  But I am speaking to Florida fans.  you lost a game, and there is an undefeated team out there.  It is tough to run the table in any conference despite talent, just ask the most talented team in the nation USC!.  I  think that Utah is the deserving National Champions if not for anything else because they beat 4 top 25 teams and an SEC power house.  Congratulations Utes, and all college football.  Live like no one is watching and if you think your team is number one then vote for them!
