I would like to take a quick moment to be cliche.  On veterans day I would like to do something we should do everyday and acknowledge all of our brave and selfless veterans.  Everytime there is a war to fight there are always better men and women than me there to fight it.  It is because of you I can write this blog, yell at the bar, and argue civil liberties.  In all this historical election talk it is forgotten that it is you all who make this country great.  The men and women of our military that have gone to war, and even those of you who were lucky enough not to have gone.  I would like to send a very special thank you to; Randy Brown, Chris Ferrell, John Brown, Rusty Williams, Shaylur Berry, and AAron C. Austin (RIP).  To the many others that are out there, once again I say THANK YOU!

Now some sports news.  Here are the ten things you might have missed or just dont care about this sports weekend.

1.) The 49ers played hard and the Coaches blew the game

2.) Pittsburgh lost the game on a botched Hail Mary.  

3.) The Cardinals are number one in the NFC west and won their first game on Monday Night since 1985

4.) Titans are UNDEFEATED!

5.) Charlie Weis is about to loose his job, maybe because he is 27-19 in his NOtre Dame career and 8-13 in the last two years.

6.) College basketball has started.

7.) The Patriots without Tom Brady and the Jets with Brett Farve are tied for first place in the AFC East.

8.) Baseball starts in 5 months

9.) College football is a big mess.

10.) I WON A FANTASY FOOTBALL GAME, I AM NOW 1-9 on the season!
