Umm, OK!!!
What a great week of NFL football we had, not to mention my fantasy team won. The Sunday and Monday night games did not disappoint. The Patriots let loose in the snow and just piled the points on Tennessee. The Titans are downright awful, along with a quarter of the league. The four undefeated teams in the NFL are all playing lights out right now. And will someone please remind Brett Favre how old he is.
With all the crazy things going on out in the league, the most shocking is the Titans winless record. They lost Albert Haynesworth in the off season, but that doesn't explain why they can not throw, catch or kick. I am not sure that Kerry Collins is the answer, but can you trust Vince Young mentally? Their once dominant defense looks confused and weak. Another strange situation in the NFL is the Washington Redskins. They have yet to play a team with a win. And they are two and four in those games. Jim Zorn, a great coach, is getting the rug pulled from underneath him. I don't think that Washington needs a coach or quarterback change they just need to be sold to an owner who doesn't think he is Jerry Jones. But if they do change quarterbacks I would like to see Colt Brennan get a shot.
Some more great news this week is that my Broncos are 6-0. Like I said last week, I am still not 100% on board with Josh McDaniel, but he is still growing on me. The change on this team is in defensive mentality. Mike Nolan and Brian Dawkins have brought a new fire to this team. I am so pumped. Not to mention Tony Scheffler at tight end is a beast!
Well that is my meager attempt at an NFL wrap up. Live like no one is watching, and dress ugly and you will succeed!
