Feel the Shift! BUS Top 25

This can be verified, a few of years ago the NCAA passed a new scholarship and I said that the power in football would shift just a little. The top schools would get the good recruits, but there would be some great players that would slip to "Non-BCS" schools. We are starting to see it already. Last year, Utah had better atheletes than Michigan and were a better football team than Alabama. Dan Lefevour, Central Michigan quarterback, is one of the best in NCAA and would be a Heisman contender at any other school. These are just a few examples of exquisite individuals, and good football players that go somewhere other than USC, Ohio State, Texas and Oklahoma. That is why we are seeing improvements in the play of teams in the "Mid-Major" conferences to invoke a basketball term. The coaching has always been comparable but the talent is finally catching up. That is why we are seeing Houston outscore Oklahoma State, and Central Michigan out play Michigan State. We all know my affinity to underdogs so I am just eating it up. And it is also why you will see the difference in my top 25 and the AP poll. Mostly because I am awesome and can do what I want. So here are the pick results and the top 25.
